1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and o777bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). 3. Account Registration & Security

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad is within 15 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• o777bet reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification. Players who have self-excluded or have accounts under review are not eligible.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Players accessing o777bet agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the permanent closure of your account with forfeiture of funds, as well as referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether in your own name or under any alias.

Where suspicious activity is detected, we may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice. Players are entitled to request a review of any such decision by contacting our support team in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, o777bet, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes (wins and losses are inherent to the nature of gambling and are the sole responsibility of the player).

Platform Availability

In the event of a game malfunction or error that affects bet settlement, o777bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to player accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content on the o777bet platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and interface designs — is the property of o777bet or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any content from the platform without express written permission from o777bet.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

Any player wishing to close their o777bet account may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, o777bet will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending bets or withdrawal requests are settled. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Suspension or Closure by o777bet

o777bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Legal, regulatory, or security requirements that necessitate account suspension.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violation, o777bet may withhold part or all of the account balance following a formal review process. Players have the right to appeal such decisions by submitting a written request to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of the closure decision.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. o777bet may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply complete a new o777bet login and contact support if you experience any difficulties.
